• Anti-activin receptor IIB antibodies (e.g. bimagrumab)
• Myostatin inhibitors such as:

  • Agents reducing or ablating myostatin expression
  • Myostatin-binding proteins (e.g. follistatin, myostatin propeptide)
  • Myostatin- or precursor – neutralizing  antibodies (e.g. apitegromab, domagrozumab, landogrozumab, stamulumab)
