* Therapeutic Use Exemption Committee (TUEC):

  EGY-NADO has an independent (“TUEC”) to consider applications for the grant of TUEs.

* Hearing Panel:

 Conduct the hearing and decision-making process without interference from the EGY-NADO or any third party.

* Appeal:

 Is fully independent institutionally from EGY-NADO which responsible for Results Management.
